In response to: Florida Bugs 101 - the real scoop

In Minnesota, mosquitos have to file a flight plan with the FAA, woodticks are mistaken for turtles, deer flies have their own hunting seasons (bow & firearm) & horseflies live in stables and give rides - complete with saddles. We don’t even HAVE “no-see-ums,” ours are too big.

In response to: Downtown Long Beach CA - Incredible

The market here is about the same as it is in Florida. Prices are down, sales are slow. It does seem to have leveled out a bit and we have some great buys right now. Quite a few bank owned sales.
