You might be surprised and get it. It's time to wheel and deal. Remember Monty Hall urging you to do something? Now is one of the best times in the past fifteen years to really make a deal in your favor. If you have always wanted to live in Hillsborough, and were not quite able to afford it, you may be able to get there now. There are 47 houses for sale in Hillsborough right now. Can't quite make that Hillsborough nut, even in this Buyer's Market? Then look at Burlingame with 43 houses for sale. Many of these have sat on the market for 100 or more days and had price reductions. What are you waiting for? Get your agent to write that offer and present it. The Seller's agent is more than ready to help you get that house behind one of the doors. All you have to do is try for it. Come on, guess which door has The worst thing that can happen is to figure you'll wait until next year and then find that the market rebound during the summer.
